6:00 - 6:15
We'll setup our breathwork mats, introduce/review our breathing technique, and cover any questions, guidelines, and intentions for our practice.
6:30 - 7:30
We'll fill up using our breathing technique, and ride our breath.
7:30 - 8:00
We'll gently transition our breathwork practice into wakefulness, taking time to integrate our session.
