A DAY OF SELF CARE with Jeremy Wolf & Kristine Whittle

In a world driven by productivity, one’s value is often acknowledged by wearing a badge of “busyness,” which can lead to a dysfunctional lifestyle and eventually illness. Deep healing becomes available when we are able to stop long enough to listen to the wisdom of our own hearts. Through self-care we can reclaim our true creative power and restore balance.
In this 2 part workshop, we’ll explore practices that help bring balance to the nervous system and quiet to the mind. The morning practice will consist of an active asana sequence, breathing exercises and meditation that cultivate our ability to be engaged, but in a way that promotes softness, ease and increased self-awareness. The afternoon will be a journey into the heart center through the deeply nourishing and interwoven practices of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Join us for a full day to reset, restore and return home to the heart.
Movement & Breath Practice 10am-1pm; Lunch break 1-2pm; Restorative/Nidra Practice 2-5pm.
Cost: $108 Full Day; $65 One Session
About Jeremy: Jeremy’s interest in mind and body began with martial arts, and later meditation became his doorway into yoga. He received his initial yoga certification in India in Classical Yoga and has completed his 500hr certification through Rod Stryker’s school of ParaYoga. He is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, reiki master, meditation and yoga nidra instructor, with certifications and formal training in the Bihar, Himalayan, iRest and Amrit methods, and a music producer and label DJ for France’s Ultimae Records. His weekly classes and trainings seek to embody the richness and holistic practice of yoga’s deeply spiritual origin.
About Kristine: Kristine Whittle is an experienced Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist, and professional dancer. Her interest lies in the therapeutic applications of the Universal Principles of Alignment and the healing power of restorative yoga. Kristine’s classes are gentle yet challenging in that they offer an invitation to develop a deep level of inner body and breath awareness.
