Disease and Illness Prevention through a Plant Based Diet
Our resident Plant-Based Nutritionist, Heidi Dietz, will show you how to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Learn about the nutritional value of plants, and how they can prevent and even reverse disease. You will get hands on experience and leave feeling inspired and empowered to take action towards your health. Come to class hungry and leave nourished!

August 25th: Heart Health
A plant based diet is scientifically proven to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. This month’s class will highlight recipes loaded with nutrient dense fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to keep your heart healthy and happy!

September 29th: Anti-Inflammatory Foods

October 27th: Cancer Prevention
