Disease and Illness Prevention through a Plant Based Diet
Our resident Plant-Based Nutritionist, Heidi Dietz, will show you how to prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Learn about the nutritional value of plants, and how they can prevent and even reverse disease. You will get hands on experience and leave feeling inspired and empowered to take action towards your health. Come to class hungry and leave nourished!

This 4 part series is designed to bring awareness about the healing properties of a Plant Based Diet and how to create healthy, delicious, easy meals that the entire family will love!
July 28th: Digestive Health
Learn how to create delicious foods to increase the amount of beneficial bacteria and improve your digestion. Each recipe is designed to enhance digestive health and empower your body to unlock the vitamins, minerals, calories, fat, and protein it needs to thrive!
August 25th: Heart Health
A plant based diet is scientifically proven to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. This month’s class will highlight recipes loaded with nutrient dense fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to keep your heart healthy and happy!

September 29th: Anti-Inflammatory Foods
Fruits, vegetables, anti-inflammatory spices, polyphenols, and antioxidants can reduce inflammation and lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Learn how to incorporate these amazing plant-based medicinal ingredients into meals that the whole family will love!
October 27th: Cancer Prevention
Did you know that the World Cancer Research Fund and the American Institute for Cancer Research recommend plant-based foods to reduce cancer risk?
