Learn about the nutritional value of plants, get hands on experience, and leave feeling inspired and empowered to take action towards your health. Come to class hungry and leave nourished!

November 17:  The Lighter Side of Thanksgiving  

Thanksgiving doesn’t have to be about stuffing yourself full of high calorie, high fat foods.  Learn how to put a healthy twist on your favorite dishes and feel good knowing you and your family are fueling your body with nourishing food!

December 15:  Expand your palate, not your waistline
This holiday season, give the gift of healthy cooking to your family and friends.  Learn how to create delicious healthy easy meals to entertain your guests all season long!
January 26:  Cheers to your health
Start off the new year with a revamp to your diet. This month we will focus on detoxifying recipes to help your body reboot and recharge.
February 23:  Love all month long
Celebrate your love for health with this couples themed class.  Bring your partner, your mom, your best friend, anyone you want, to learn how to make fun healthy dishes to celebrate you and your loved ones health!
This series will also have the option for vegan wine pairings.  Don’t know much about vegan wine?  Wine Consultant, Felicia Zeeh, from Scout & Cellar will be here to share her knowledge on clean, organic, vegan wines. We will have delicious options for those who opt out on wine tasting as well so all may feel welcome and comfortable.
